You love carbohydrates, who doesn’t? You can still have them but try to limit the portions to smaller ones and eat them earlier in the day. Try to avoid the carbs in the evening or late at night. If you cook for a large family, you might consider stretching the meal with vegetables. A casserole can often have broccoli added and it is good for everyone.
